Despite my desire to create and provide engaging digital activities, I lack many of the skills needed to do so. As we entered the digital classroom in March I worked to provide my students with as many resources as possible to provide access to the curriculum and meet their needs. Many assignments proved difficult for them to access due to a lack of basic technology skills and difficulties with their devices. As we begin the next phase of digital learning I am working to prepare a classroom that is easily accessible with engaging online activities. As I worked to build a more intuitive online classroom I also looked towards my peers and colleagues for effective resources that can be linked in. Through these resources available on Teachers Pay Teachers, my students can access activities to supplement their learning and expand their skills. Chosen resources will help us explore our novels for the year and continue the job skills they have missed out on in the coffee shop. These resources are developed specifically for the population of students served in my class, formatted for multiple types of devices, and can be printed for students who are struggling with technology.
