Due to these unprecedented circumstances of Covid-19 pandemic, our student's physical and mental health are suffering and this is a perfect opportunity to provide them with resources they normally would not have access to. This will help the students as well as their families to gain different activities they can do at home. Yoga will give them a safe, socially distanced activity to do at home so they can continue to improve their physical and mental health. My students need these resources so they can continue to grow and learn in their own way on their own journey with guidance from us teachers.

About my class
