I would love to be able to provide more tools for students to utilize when dealing with anxiety, unfortunate experiences at home, trauma, and other mental health issues that can arise throughout the school day. Sometimes, students require a break in an area that can provide them with a feeling of calm and comfort as they process their feelings. Due to hunger being an issue, it is nice to provide a snack as well. Having a safe place and access to coping mechanisms are so important. Thank you for your consideration!

About my class
