All of these resources will be used to further my 2nd grade student's learning. We will use the fake money to learn all about coins and how to make correct change. We will use the counting bears and math wrap ups to practice our math facts, focusing on addition and subtraction. We have also asked for shapes! One of the content areas I will be working on with my 2nd graders is learning types of shapes. These manipulatives will make it easier for students to understand 3d shapes and 2d shapes.
