The resources requested will help my students get back into hands-on experiences through STEAM activities in the Arts. They lost many opportunities to explore and navigate their learning through experimentation in the arts. Students will be able to use the Visual Arts curriculum integrated with Math and Science standards to become more well-rounded learners. Projects such as self portraits using pixelated images will help them with standards like, 4.MD.A.3, where they can apply their understanding of area in a fun way. All of the art projects at hand will integrate a learning component that ties academic content to reinforce their prior knowledge in a fun and self-motivating way.
