This is my first year of teaching, and I do not have many of the supplies that would help to organize and enhance my classroom. The products that I have included in this list will help me to be able to facilitate learning for my students and help them succeed. I cannot wait for the school year to start, and I have many ideas to help my students learn algebra in a way that is captivating and memorable for them. Please help me to be able to help my students. With these materials, I will be able to give out necessary supplies to students who are not able to bring them, such as notebook/graph paper, pencils, colored pencils, and highlighters. I will be able to use the grid dry erase boards/ markers/erasers with my students to help them with practicing graphing equations. I will be able to model and demonstrate things like this and various other algebraic concepts for the students with the chart paper and markers. The colored paper will be used to give a variety to the handouts I give and notes we will take. The dry erase pocket sleeves will be very useful for when it comes to stations and collaborative work between students, as well as practice problems where the students can take a worksheet and utilize it multiple times, saving paper. The pocket chart will house calculators. The desk organization tools and products such as the pencil sharpener and stapler will help my students and I stay organized and productive throughout the year.
