Grapevine Elementary will start off the school year in a hybird model like many schools, but with more than 75% of our students qualifying for free and reduce lunches we do not have enough Chromebooks for everyone. Our school will create a blended learning environment, where learning occurs online and in person, augmenting and supporting teacher practice. Students spend some of their face-to-face time with the teacher in a large group, some face-to-face time with a teacher or tutor in a small group, and some time learning with and from peers. This will only be possible if we can attain the Chromebooks needed. We would greatly benefit from the resources of DonorsChose and Tyson.
