As the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) coordinator for our elementary school, part of my job is to support all teachers in meeting the SEL needs of their students. This is a new position, so we are starting with nothing! These Sensory objects will be a "starter kit" of sorts for our teachers to set up their own calm-down space in each of their classrooms. The items ordered will be distributed among our 13 classrooms. I've chosen a variety of items to try and meet the many different needs of students.
