Literacy is a strong part of a child's educational success. Where would we be today if someone didn't take the time out to read us a good book? Using these literacy resources will help my students develop the reading concepts that they need to become successful readers. These books will develop many literacy concepts and help the students to become critical thinkers. For example, using big books as read aloud can allow the teacher to teach certain concepts such as: reading comprehension, story elements and allow teachers to come up with good questioning for the students.

About my class
