We are about to take a journey into what our bodies and different organism consist of. We will dive into genes, cells, and major organs. The students would benefit greatly by seeing slides of multicelled organisms and unicell organisms. Opening their minds and eyes to new experiences can only give them a great perspective than seeing videos and worksheets on this subject. This is why I am asking for microscopes and slides for the students to observe cells in a lab setting. This could also spark their future career choice toward a science degree. I want these students to be successful adults one day and giving them the opportunity to see a small part of what their future could be in science.
