All of these materials will build my students confidence and independence one step at a time. The chairs I added will benefit students when they stim (often coping mechanism) or need to move around will working but the are still sitting. This allows their bodies to move and groove but focus on academics. I added a TPT gift card so I can create more activities for my students. I added a fine motor skills activity to build that movement in their little hands. I added a file organizer so students can begin to put away their own work, recognize their name, recognize their peers names, and build that sense of responsibility. I added magnatiles to motivate students to get creative and build. I love hands on activities that I can jump in and work with them. I added a printer for IEP purposes. Often it's hard to get in to the school printer and print what I need for IEP meetings. I added a math chart to build those math skills and number recognition. I added the alphabet activity to build recognition of letters and be used for matching. I added many snacks. Every minute of every day we use snacks for food incentives. This motivates our students and helps them get back on track. Food is the key to our success!
