The materials requested will take away some of the stress and anxiety that students experience on test day. Students become anxious during testing when concern about the time they have left to complete a section on a major test. With the large digital clocks students can see the clock from anywhere within the classroom. Given them the comfort of knowing exactly how much time is remaining before time is called. The pens and pencils take the worry out of having to bring supplies into the testing room. By providing pens and pencils we eliminate the occasional "I forgot" and it gives high school students the ability to not be concerned with anything other than arriving on time. With COVID 19 we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. Teachers will be provided all the testing material needed for the students assigned to them in the ziploc bag. Students will also have temperatures taken as they enter the testing area.
