A listening center will help strengthen the students fluency and can be used to further their understanding of story element and will be a great center for the classroom. I will have them listen to a story then draw a picture of their favorite part. Another great center will be the math center where students can sort the shapes and colors. I will have student sort by size, shape and colors. Both centers are equally as important for building the literacy and math foundational skills. Thank you very very much.
