The supplies I am asking for will provide each student with their own individual toolkit. This toolkit will include pencils, a composition book, and colored pencils as well as watercolors to encourage self-expression and creativity. I will also provide each student with 1-2 fidgets to help them stay focused during our synchronous class sessions. With the impact of the pandemic on student learning and social-emotional well being, as well as on our budget, it is now more important than ever that my students have the resources they need to be successful. These supplies will provide a strong foundation for my students to feel successful in their learning, and build confidence in their skills at home. I have also asked for a few items that will help me keep my classroom space organized and ready for their return. I am committed to ensuring that all of my students have access to a high-quality education regardless of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on their lives. Please help me make this dream a reality, and make sure that each of my students has access to the learning tools they need.
