I strive to have an inclusive classroom where all students feel welcomed and heard. Students need to feel as if they see themselves in the books we read and the projects we do. It is my goal that through introducing books that are relevant to students' cultures and backgrounds that they will feel a sense of belonging and feel proud to look the way they do. I have included skin color crayons for students to be able to truly represent themselves through their drawings as well. Thank you for considering donating to my future students of 20-21'!
