COVID-19 has drastically changed our lives from the way we know it. Our classrooms for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year no doubt will be impacted by the current global pandemic. As a first year teacher, I am required to start from scratch with supplies and am in need of support ensuring CDC guidelines are met for classroom settings. In preparation for students hopefully returning to the classroom, I am in great need of support to create a safe and healthy learning environment for all 35+potential students. Many of my students come from homes not able to support their child in providing school supplies. Please help me in bearing this financial change during this difficult time for my students by donating items like individual school supplies like packs of crayons, erasers, scissors, pencil pouches, glue sticks and pencils. As well as to promote social distancing flexible and easily sanitized seating such as plastic rocker seats and portable desks. Lastly I need to purchase mass amounts of cleaning supplies and face masks so that I can regularly sanitize my classroom. There are a few more items also listed like fidgets and timers to help students with extra learning needs. With these items, I can best prepare and hope to make a great school year for students regardless of our current circumstances!
