The elementary students of this K-12 magnet school are diverse in every way -- culturally, socially, economically and emotionally -- but they share one commonality, they enjoy exploring and learning about the workings of the world. Our students learn hand-on with the completion of projects and investigations. However, due to budget cuts, it is difficult to fund these projects. These students endure 45 minute bus rides from all over San Diego in order to gain a unique educational experience, which can be achieved given the proper tools.

About my class
