It is important to expand the minds of our students, to let them experience different cultures, ethnicities, and ways of life. A well developed library is an accessible way a teacher can provide these experiences. With a single book, an entire class of children can be transported to another place or be in the shoes of another person. My goals is for my students to live as many different lives as possible. I want them to see the world and the diversity it holds. With education comes understanding and with understanding comes compassion!

About my class
