We are presently in the "new norm" of teaching and learning. Now more than ever, computers are an integral part of teaching. The students who struggled the most prior to the closing of school require activities that will stimulate their interest. With the Surface Pro, I will be able to incorporate various interactive resources that will help to engage and maintain my students' interest. The computer I was using had many glitches and the students had a difficult time hearing me when I met with them online using Zoom and ClassDojo. Having a more powerful computer will enable me to meet with my students on Zoom efficiently, incorporate digital programs, and communicate with them effectively. Please help me get this project funded so I can do a better job during distance learning.
