I wanted to add some additional flexible seating options to my classroom this year, but with the current health crisis I decided I needed to come up with an alternate plan. I thought that if every child had their own cushion and their own clipboard that they could at least have one alternate seating option to their desk and chair. Since students have been home since March. I figure they are going to need more opportunities to move in order to be comfortable and stay focused. The cushions and clipboards will allow a variety of postures and still give them a work space (and can be disinfected)!
