STEM is a an intregal part of life. Research tells us that an enriching STEM curriculum has a direct connection to continual growth of the economy as well as leadership in science. When young children are given opportunities to learn STEM-related concepts, they become passionate about learning, aspire to work in STEM related fields, and become innovators in their field of choice. With these materials, like a light table, I can lay the foundation for endless possibilities for learning multidisciplinary concepts. These concepts will be taught through hands-on experiences that allow for students of varying abilities to be successful and passionate learners.This love for learning will be an essential part of future academic and life-long success.
