I am planning on recording how-to videos and posting them on Google Classroom, so my students can have a visual guide to recreate their own experiential learning at home! I did this last spring with guides on science, art, music, etc. However, many students were needing to use a parent's phone while zooming into class or trying to use Google Classroom. They found this to be difficult and frustrating. I want to keep learning alive and exciting by giving them the tools they need to succeed. My hope is that by giving the families chromebooks, it will make distance learning less stressful and more streamlined. I look forward to seeing them over ZOOM once again. These kids have been so close with their relationships to one another, they are like family. These chromebooks will give them access to seeing each other more regularly, which will help ease the strain of this difficult time.
