These resources will continue to enhance cooperative learning and independent student growth in my classroom. My classroom center time is a time that my students really enjoy working in small groups or independently to complete word work and writing activities. The Touch Read Phonics Complete Set and the Build-A-Word Crayons activity will help students become more fluent readers as they work together to practice blending and creating words to read. The pencils and pencil grips are needed to complete their writing in the writing center and in their writing journals. The seat packs will organize their materials and keep them safe for everyday use. Students will be able to enjoy writing and word work time as they practice their blending skills with these engaging activities. With these new reading activities, my students will be able to practice their blending skills and create words that will allow them to read more fluently at their grade level. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in practicing newly learned skills that will assist them in becoming better independent readers, and this project will only help enrich their reading skills.
