The All About Today Activity Center will assist the children in understanding how we use the calendar everyday for real world experiences. It will assist the children with adapting to the changes in the weather and knowing the days of the week as well as the months. The students will learn about different holidays and sing songs to assist with remebering what was learned. The All About Letters Pocket Chart is very crucial for students to build phonological awareness. The Road to Reading Activity Center will assist the students with learning the different sounds to create words, which ultimately assist with the progression of reading site words and building sentences. The students will be able to write efficient beginning sentences. The Magnetic Write Wipe Adjustable Easel will assist the students with writing while learning the letters and sounds. It will also give the students a chance to see concrete details with tracing letters, and it will provide the students practice at home and while in school to participate in active learning. My ongoing goal is providing and reinforcing phonological awareness with my students. Planting the foundation will assist my students to build upon their own knowledge to be successful using their imagination and phonological awareness to approach any lesson taught to proceed inside school, whether its virtually or outside of the home.m I ultimately want to properly prepare my students for the open reading opportunities with the materials provided for language and literacy. By assisting in donating the materials, my students will bloom into successful readers.
