With this BeeBot, my students will learn positional words as well as being able to use complex language and give directions. They will learn how to problem solve and work with one another through partner and group lessons. We will create our own “paths” for our Bee-Bot to go and use a KWL chart to help brainstorm and gather information. With the architect building set, my students will use their creativity to build as well as be able to re-invent the samples given. Both STEM pieces will be a huge hit in my classroom as they love new things and also love to engage in anything STEM. My students loved the idea of having a “pet” bee bot to play and learn with.
