White boards with dry erase markers make math fun for students. They love to complete math problems on the white boards. These would be sent to their homes to be used during live virtual instruction and also for quick formative assessments. The best part is they don’t even know that I am assessing. They just think they are doing fun math. Using the white boards and markers also makes their math easier to see than paper and pencils. Students that are allowed to activity participate in their learning will be engaged and will learn.
