Nearpod mimics the classroom, where the instant feedback and collaboration helps to connect us with the students. Nearpod enhances the classroom experience with built in functions that allows us to immediately check for understanding, gives students the opportunity to communicate with their peers, and ensures participation and collaboration. Having the use of Nearpod, my students will be able to streamline their learning through module based instruction that includes virtual field trips, videos, reading materials, polls, questions, and collaboration. Students are able to self pace or interact with the class during a teacher led Nearpod lesson. Teacher Pay Teachers gift card will help fund necessary activities and materials which can be utilized with the vast array of students I have this year. There is a plethora of phenomenal ideas and fun activities to re-enforce the classroom, especially during this unique digital learning period. My students this year are 100% remote and these tools would be extraordinarily useful in my "virtual" classroom. Please help us to fund this project, the students truly respond to Nearpod and the easy to use functionality of its' interface. It enables real-time back and forth interaction during a lesson and work period. The use of Nearpod increases the student's attentiveness and responsiveness to the lesson. Please help us to keep this momentum going.
