We are requesting 25 Chromebooks. My students will be using these Chromebooks daily. It will be so wonderful to have instant access to the technology needed rather than having to share resources between multiple classes. At our school, we have learning programs online which are leveled to fit each students needs. Having enough Chromebooks in the classroom, students will be able to access this program whenever time is available. Having access to daily technology will prepare my students for future learning. We live in a world where technology is prevalent. Testing is done on the computer, many college courses require computers, as well as careers. Not only will this prepare my students for future learning opportunities, it would also prepare them for Distant Learning if we were to ever have to move between Distant Learning and In-Person Learning. Many students only have access to technology at school and I would love to provide this rich learning opportunity to my students daily.
