Students need various types of texts to read such as fiction, informational and biographicals. Lessons introduced will be how various cultures contribute to our communities and our lives. Students will also see how authors use words and pictures to craft a good story and how to be great story tellers. Students will learn how things work in the world. Students need to have a love for reading or learn to appreciate great novels and lessons that can be learned through books. I want my students to be well rounded and know they can reach the stars.
