I want my classroom to be a place where my students feel comfortable, safe, and eager to learn. Traditional desks and chairs do not provide the comfort, flexibility, security, and diversity that my students need. By implementing flexible seating, my students will have the ability to choose their best mode of learning that is tailored to their needs. They will be empowered to select the seating options that work best for them and allow them to feel confident in their learning. Flexible seating will provide my students with a productive outlet for their excess energy, which in turn will increase their engagement and focus. Donating to this project will ensure that my students are given comfortable seating options that foster a sense of autonomy, flexibility, and increased engagement in their learning.
