I'd like to purchase a set of Bouncy Bands for my classroom. In today's learning environment sometimes students have to remain seated for longer periods of time. I see students use a number of techniques to maintain their focus, like tapping a pencil. Bouncy Bands can help students fidget in their seat without causing distractions to other students. Bouncy Bands are also a great way to assist students with IEPs or 504s. 7th graders in my school are not assigned a PE class either so this is another way to get them moving, while still remaining in the environment of the classroom. This project is something I have looked into for a long time and I think it can greatly impact my students and their learning.
