My students learn best when they can put their hands on learning materials. Learning letters, sounds, and numbers are critical skills for the future success of the students. They have to build on that knowledge forever. Having these items will give my kids multiple opportunities to physically learn and manipulate letters and numbers. This will go a long way toward their future schooling. My students will build letters and numbers out of lines and curves using the letter and number activity centers. They will become fluent with recognition of these letters and numbers so that they can focus on the skills necessary to read, write, and count.
