I hope to use materials on my requested list in many different ways. I can use the photo cards to build identification skills, sorting, speech development, and functional knowledge. I hope to use color and shape materials to build on important pre-academic identification skills as well as sorting and language building opportunities. I hope to use adapted scissors, crayons, and construction paper in various ways to build skills following one & two step directions, pre-writing, and adapted fine motor activities to prepare young ones for their school age experiences. Enriched practice using quality materials will help my young students gain experience, receive instruction, and provide important information about future needs.
