Students will experience connections in science, technology, engineering, art, and math, otherwise known as STEAM through a summer school offered workshop. Experiments and projects will focus on science concepts depending on grade level rotation and curriculum. Some examples of projects are... chromatography, black light art, and shaving cream printmaking, to name a few! As students learn concepts and do small warm up activities to support their learning they will grow their knowledge just in time to participate in each weeks final project. Project based learning will be the emphasis of this class so that students can investigate, ask questions, and work in groups throughout the duration of this class.
