Students can use an iPad to look up pictures, music, or approved apps that will help them express their emotions and manage their feelings. Children need to express themselves in a variety of ways, especially young children, who are not developmentally able to express themselves fully with words. The tablets will provide an additional outlet and can be used as an instructional tool to help them learn more about their own mental, social, emotional, and academic needs. These skills can be carried over into their personal devices as they grow up. The coping skills they learn will impact their entire lives.

About my class
