All of my students have speech and/or language delays, which affects their participation and performance within the early childhood setting. They require engaging and novel materials, and multiple opportunities to practice their communication skills. The storytelling boards and props will provide my students with a fun and engaging way to practice sequencing events and retelling some of their favorite stories, while they continue to work towards their communication and pre-academic goals and objectives. The resources will be an important part of our early literacy learning center as they will definitely elicit incredible responses from my awesome storytellers!
