This project is designed to give students a high quality, engaging, and professional feeling virtual lesson. My goal is to produce lessons and hold virtual meetings that mirror their favorite YouTube streamer. Throughout my career I have seen how students gravitate toward the streaming community and aspire to create content. I have delved into the streaming community and worked hard to gain the skills necessary to create a broadcast that resembles some of the most popular streamers. I want to use the present state of 21st century technology to aid students in learning the 5th grade curriculum. By harnessing the popularity of live streaming channels students are familiar with, content can be applied in a way to make learning current, hip and user-friendly. These tools will enable me to reach students in ways not implemented before and in turn lead to improved student outcomes and encouraging other teachers to follow suit.
