All students need basic school supplies like pencils and glue sticks to kickstart learning. Many of my students' parents cannot afford to provide basic school supplies. Also, as a second year teacher, I am still building a classroom full of the teaching essentials and books. By donating to our project, you will not only help to provide classroom essentials, you will ultimately help to increase my students' academic achievement and love for reading. Students crave a learning environment full of school supplies and fun books. I am just starting a classroom library. My hopes is to create a diverse library full of books about growth mindset, math and science. I want the students to have a variety of books to choose from that will continue to spark their love for reading. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time. I am also requesting a few motivational incentives for students who complete their work. I truly need your support in building a classroom full of "student essentials" a reality. Thank you!
