These headphones will allow for our students who are without headphones or ear buds to access the digital support programs that our county requires. It will help them to access the material without disturbing the rest of the class with the sound from their computer and keep the teachers from going crazy hearing an echo from the computers across the classroom. Often our students are only able to purchase the very inexpensive ear buds from the corner stores. We all know that those cheap ear buds break within a couple of weeks of purchasing thus leaving the student without access to technology. Please fund this project so that our students never go without the technology that comes for granted in higher socioeconomic school districts.
