My students need more books for their listening center! Read-aloud books give students a break from their busy day but still engage by reading along with great books. Listening to books still continues to build their fluency and accuracy. This is a great way for students to work on their own and enjoy a variety of books. My goal is to be able to build up our classroom library of read-along books that way students can enjoy a new book each week in our classroom. Last year I taught Kindergarten online and did not have the experience to work with children in the classroom.
