My 250 K-5 students will be able to use this sketchbook the entire school year whether they are in a classroom or learning from home. Sketchbooks are the perfect way for students to see their own progress no matter where they are creating! This will allow every child to be able to visually document their school year and stay safe. There will be no communal art supplies this year to limit student exposure when we are back in the building. I plan on using these sketchbook as both a visual journal and process exploration. I know they will be so excited to have a sketchbook to call their own because most of my students families do not have the ability to purchase supplies themselves.
