This will also replace physical education classes and allow children to learn to deal with the stresses of growing up in a time of pandemic.it will also assist teachers to guide their students trough some relaxation and meditation techniques his CDs and DVDs to create whole physically and emotionally sound young kindergarteners and first graders in our school community that has been effected by the covid-19 virus, death, poverty, unemployment, hunger, and even deaths of family members.
