With these math manipulatives, my students will be able to learn concrete addition and subtraction skills that will build their foundation as a mathematician. According to Greg Tang, Unifix Cubes are the best math manipulative that students can use along with ten frames. With your support, I will be able to help students learn math skills that they might not have fully grasped during the Covid-19 shutdown. I plan on using these manipulatives in small groups with students at first. Once they have a full understanding of how to use these, they are able to move onto more abstract ways to solve math problems!
