My class will use the stories to develop better reading skills and to inspire them to read for enjoyment. Interesting reading encourages students to read more, and the more they read, the better readers they become. We share our stories in class, and entice others to read by doing book reports to share the exciting story just read. When students complete a task in class, and ask if they may choose a book to read, not only are they learning from the story, but they will also encourage others to read.
