Flexible seating will help my third graders focus. Students will feel that they have control over their environment by allowing them to choose where they are going to be most comfortable learning. It will give students the opportunity to find their best spot to stay calm, focused and productive. Many of the students need a place they feel comfortable and safe in. I would like to create a classroom they can call their own. Sharing ideas and working collaboratively on school assignments will give students a sense of belonging. This will make learning interactive and creative.
