Not only do my five and six year olds learn to read, write, explore, and add and subtract in Kinder. They are provided many opportunities to engage in literacy, math and science activities to expand their thinking. It is also of utmost importance that they learn to organize their work as well. The products I am requesting will assist my students in keeping their literacy, math and science work organized in order to keep the focus on their learning. The products I am requesting will also give them the tools to engage in many learning experiences. They receive some whole group instruction but for the most part the students engage in learning stations such as responding to literature, forming sentences, writing their own poems, working out math problems or sketching what they have learned in Science/STEM.
