As we return to in person learning, students are joining the classroom with traumas and challenges from remote, distance learning. These students will enter school with potential anxiety from being away for so long. Flexible seating is a fun way to get students to feel comfortable in the room, fidget as needed, work through their anxieties. Flexible seating helps to alleviate stress and anxiety in the classroom, as we navigate returning to in person learning. Children will easily be able to ease their tensions through flexible seating. They will also feel more comfortable and confident as they transition from working at home to working in the classroom.
