I have many students who struggle focusing while sitting on traditional chairs. They need a way to let out "the wiggles" while still working. Although these students get ample opportunities to walk around and work with each other, there are times they need to sit at their desks while working. Wobble chairs provide students with an outlet for their energy in a productive way. Traditional chairs can promote poor posture, which actually puts enough stress on the brain that it can have a negative effect on students' learning. Giving student an outlet for their energy helps students perform better.

About my class
