Our time with this year's Seniors has been cut drastically short, but their hard work and determination still needs to be celebrated. We want to send our senior class of 2020 off to college a little more prepared than they are, by providing them with durable backpacks, laptop bags, writing utencils, and other essentials necessary for them to excel in college. Having these essentials would make planning for the fall semester a little less overbearing for our kids. Our students are known for working hard in and out of school to gain academic success and financial stability. Granting our students these supplies will lessen the financial burden they currently face. Our kids come from some of the most impoverished neighborhoods in the city. They are faced with unbelievable obstacles and tragedies on a regular basis, yet their ability to overcome these adversities is something to be rewarded. Please help us help our students start the 2020- 2021 fall semester off with a positive bang.
