The materials I am requesting will help make a difference in students' learning because they will be able to get out of their regular chairs in the classroom, and into something more comfortable that allows them to focus in and get their "wiggles" out more. I already have a place to store all of the items in this cart, and I also have a plan on how to use them in my classroom, and how to preserve them so these materials can be used for years to come giving it the opportunity to impact HUNDREDS of students. The books in my cart are relatable for students who are African American, and it can teach many valuable life lessons to the entire class. The flexible seating will allow my students to get out of their traditional seating, and it will allow for a better learning environment because it will be more comfortable. The more comfortable my students are, the better they will learn.
